David B. Lever, a graduate of Pace University School of Law, has zealously represented and fought for the rights of accident victims and consumers since his admission to the New York State Bar over 20 years ago. He has worked exclusively on behalf of plaintiffs (injured parties) and has never represented or defended the interests of an insurance company or corporate defendant.
He first began his legal career as an attorney at a prestigious New York City plaintiff's firm before starting his own practice in White Plains, New York in March of 1994. In January of 1996, David and Howard B. Stolzenberg would merge their respective practices to form the partnership of Lever & Stolzenberg, LLP.
David is one of the firm's top legal strategists and has been instrumental in obtaining many significant monetary awards for our clients. He monitors many of the firm's major cases and ensures that our clients lawsuits are aggressively litigated in order to maximize their settlement value.
He is a member of various Bar Associations and is also on the Auto/No Fault Committee of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
