

Christmas weekend resulted in at least 9 DWI charges by state police in NY. The convictions include a woman with a previous driving while intoxicated conviction. Nancy Hack, age 63, caused a car accident at 9pm on Christmas when she cut off a car turning into a gas station on Route 22. The 57 year old driver of the other car was taken to the hospital with several broken ribs. Hack’s blood alcohol level was twice the legal amount for driving while intoxicated in the state of New York, and faces a felony due to the previous conviction.
A New Jersey man driving on the Palisades Interstate Parkway in Clarkstown, Ramiro Torreslemus, was driving while intoxicated at 9pm on Christmas. Also on the Palisades Interstate Parkway, a 53 year old man of Sparkill, James A. Webber, was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving with a blood alcohol level of at least .18 percent at 7:50pm.
A 38 year old woman, Sandy Krieger from Connecticut, was charged with a misdemeanor for driving while intoxicated on Saturday at 6:30pm on Milltown Road.
A 47 year old Bronx woman, Josephine Alberti, was charged with driving while impaired with drugs at 3am on Monday in New Rochelle on Interstate 95.
A Sleepy Hollow man, Oswoldo Rojas Moposa, driving on Interstate 287 in White Plains, NY was charged with driving while intoxicated at 5am on Christmas.
